The Story County Walk with Ease program is coordinated in collaboration with the Story County Falls Prevention Coalition - a coalition of clinic and community partners that share a commitment to fall prevention. The Story County is the first county-specific Falls Prevention coalition to be recognized by the Iowa Falls Prevention Coalition (https://iacommunityhub.org/iafallscoalition/).
