The ISU Walk with Ease program is available through two different program delivery pathways.
For participants in Story County, Iowa, we offer an in person walking program as part of ongoing research evaluations. *Please note that due to research requirements, program eligibility criteria may differ depending on the specific study. For participants not in Story County, or for those who would prefer not to participate in the group program, we offer a virtual program through our partnership with CHPcommunity.
